The Help Center will provide you access to create support requests, viewing existing support requests and other content made available only to registered members.
If you don't have credentials for the help center, click the Sign In button in the top right corner of the Help Center. Once the login screen opens, if you already have credentials, you can login. If you are using the system for the first time, simply click the Sign Up link in the lower left corner.
You can also choose to login using Facebook, Google or Microsoft accounts.
If you forget your password, simply click the Forgot my password link below the Sign In button.
If you have previously had a support request with us before, please click the Get a password link in the image above.
To sign up, click the Sign up link in the image above and complete this screen with your name and email address, then click Sign up.
You will then receive an email to activate your account and establish a password. In the future, the you will use your email address as your username.
