When logging in, you encounter an error "Account Locked"
Accounts can become locked in a few different ways:
- Too many failed login attempts, if this is the case, your account will automatically unlock in 30 minutes. There is no need to request an unlock.
- If you have not accessed the system in 14 days your account will automatically lock. You will need to request that your supervisor or support unlock your account.
- If you have never logged into the system and your account was created more than 14 days ago. You will need to request that your supervisor or support unlock your account.
If your account is locked from too many login attempts, please wait 30 minutes and try again.
If your account is locked from inactivity, please contact your supervisor or support to have your account unlocked.
